Share to Connect

Share to Connect

During the month of May, Share and Connect was launched, this online community provides tools for our employee’s personal development. Through streaming, multiple conferences and live classes have been offered, to which employees from any country can connect and share with their family and friends. We also have a group on the Yammer platform with more than 2,000 people, where we promote activities, interactions and the exchange of ideas.

Global Volunteering

Global Volunteering

We are convinced that our company is stronger when we support the communities where we operate, that is why during 2019, employees from all Organizational Units joined forces to have a global volunteering. More than 600 collaborators offered their time to prepare and distribute meals locally. We believe that providing this kind of initiatives not only help others but also enrich our employee’s development.

Sustainability Forum and Challenge

Sustainability Forum and Challenge

Continuing with our efforts to boost a sustainability culture throughout our organization, for the second consecutive year, we held our Sustainability Forum and Challenge. Last year, with approximately 5,500 employees across all our Organizational Units, we presented our Sustainability Commitments for 2025 in our annual Forum. Additionally, we had more than 700 employees participating in our Sustainability Challenge, adopting the UN Sustainable Development Goals into their lives.

COVID-19 Platform

COVID-19 Platform

We want to make sure that our employees are receiving current, official and relevant information for this pandemic. Therefore, during the month of March we developed and launched a special platform for COVID-19. Through this site we are able to provide statistics and information about the virus, protocols and measures in our working sites, and support for working in Home Office.

Home Office Webinar

Home Office Webinar

We know that we are facing the need of a quick adaptation to the current sanitary situation, that is why in April we hosted a Home Office Webinar for employees that had to undergo this change. With the participation of more than 440 collaborators from our different Organizational Units, consultors from Think Talent offered a methodology to enhance the experience in this new way of working. Though this, employees gained tools to improve their individual habits as well as collaboration efficiency.

COVID-19 Webinars

COVID-19 Webinars

Alongside the support of experts in the field, we were able to launch COVID-19 related Webinars for our employees in our United States, Mexico, Latin America and Foodservice Organizational Units. This initiative provided relevant information to better understand the virus, the disease produced by it, and the prevention measures, protocols and risks within the company. Through the Webinar, speakers where able to answer employee’s main concerns, offering valuable insights of the current situation.
