During the month of May, Share and Connect was launched, this online community provides tools for our employee’s personal development. Through streaming, multiple conferences and live classes have been offered, to which employees from any country can connect and share with their family and friends. We are convinced that our company is stronger when we support the communities where we operate, that is why during 2019, employees from all Organizational Units joined forces to have a global volunteering. More than 600 collaborators offered their time to prepare and distribute meals locally. We believe that providing this kind of initiatives not only help others but also enrich our employee’s development.

Additionally, we had more than 700 employees participating in our Sustainability Challenge, adopting the UN Sustainable Development Goals into their lives.

We want to make sure that our employees are receiving current, official and relevant information for this pandemic. Therefore, during the month of March we developed and launched a special platform for COVID-19.
